<Good_things_happen/> Welcome to Conference

Organized by Institut Clément Ader

Hosted at MFJA, Maison de la formation Jacqueline Auriol

The fifth edition of ICMAMS will take place at the Institut Clément Ader (ICA, CNRS UMR 5312), hosted by INSA Toulouse, France. The ICA is a renowned research laboratory specializing in the study of structures, systems, and mechanical processes, with a strong emphasis on sectors such as aerospace, space, transportation, and energy.

The institute’s research is distinguished by its multidisciplinary approach, focusing on behavior modeling, instrumentation, and the durability of structures and materials. A significant portion of its work is dedicated to composite materials, which play a critical role in modern structural applications.

While the Institut Clément Ader is primarily dedicated to research activities and hosts only PhD students, the nearby Maison de la Formation Jacqueline Auriol (MFJA) will serve as the main venue for conference sessions. Located just in front of the ICA and only a five-minute walk from the bus station, the MFJA is the educational facility for undergraduate and Master’s programs.

The MFJA is named after Jacqueline Auriol, a pioneering French test pilot from the 1950s, an exceptional and rare figure among women in aviation at the time.
